Place your meal in your microwave, heat for approximately 3 minutes or until desired food temperature is reached. Let your meal rest, carefully remove the lid and dig in.

HOW IT ALL WORKS
MEAL PREP DONE RIGHT
All orders must be submitted in by 6:00 pm on WEDNESDAY to have your meals delivered on Sunday. Any orders received after the cut off, will be scheduled for the following Sunday delivery.
*Deliveries are only made on Sundays between the hours of 9:30 am & 1:30 pm.

Your Hero meals are cooked locally and contain all natural ingredients. We use high quality containers to lock in freshness without the need for preservatives. Our containers are BPA free, which makes it safe for food contact.
Our meals are ready to eat in 3 minutes.
